Payment
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.kidwise.dk accepts online payments with; MobilePay, Visa and Mastercard. We do not impose any kind of transaction fee on your purchase, we cover this cost. Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. kidwise.dk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that the connection is completely secure.
Reservation of amount
When using a payment card, debit as well as credit, the amount is reserved on your card. The amount is reserved until kidwise.dk has processed and dispatched your order. When the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or kidwise.dk cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.
Credit card authorization
The amount is only withdrawn from your account and appears in your overview when the webshop has processed and dispatched your order.
Delivery
kidwise.dk currently only delivers goods within Denmark. Dispatch of your order usually takes place within 3-5 working days. The production and delivery time is longer for personalized goods, as these are handmade in several places in Denmark. All goods are delivered by GLS or Postnord to the nearest parcel shop within Denmark’s borders – but not the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Send an inquiry to hello@kidwise.dk if you need shipping abroad.
In the event of freight damage, the customer is responsible for reporting this to hello@kidwise.dk within 5 days, so that a claim can be made against the carrier. If this deadline is not met, the right to claim and cancel will expire.

If the package is not collected at the parcel shop, a fee of DKK 75 will be added to the order.
Return and right of cancellation
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop, the right of return does not apply to personalized or specially designed goods (such as name embossed in leather). The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are paid by the customer, just as the choice of carrier is up to the customer. Packages must be sent with trackingID and only packages sent to the address will be received (not parcel shop):

Refund is carried out with the same means of payment as used in the original transaction. Delivery costs are deducted from the amount.
Cancellation must be notified to hello@kidwise.dk no later than 14 days after the purchase. kidwise.dk must receive the product no later than 14 days thereafter. The notice must be given by email at hello@kidwise.dk. You must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal and attach the order number. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery and until it is returned and received by kidwise.dk
It is up to kidwise.dk to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Packages that are not picked up in the parcel shop, but returned to the sender (kidwise.dk), are not considered as a cancellation. It is the customers responsibility to contact kidwise.dk for a new delivery at the buyer’s expense. kidwise.dk does not receive packages sent as cash on delivery and the item will not be considered returned.
Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sales Law, products are entitled to a two-year complaint. The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Complaints must be notified to kidwise.dk within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.
The right to complain does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. In the event of a justified complaint, kidwise.dk will of course refund the customer’s (reasonable) shipping costs. Packages must be sent with trackingID and only packages sent to the address will be received (not parcel shop):

Prices
kidwise.dk reserves the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We reserve the right for typing errors and out-of-stock items.
Leather
We only use genuine leather, which comes from animals. The leather is selected with great care, but as leather is a natural material, color and appearance may vary. Likewise, the leather will change (patinate) over time. You can care for your leather products yourself with leather grease to protect it and extend the life of the product.
Embossed and personalized leather
All personal prints are done by hand, which helps to make the products completely personal. When we print by hand, there may be a difference in the appearance of the print. Each individual product is of course evaluated and approved before it is shipped.
Safety and mounting
The included leather strap (with rawplug and brass screw) must be used to ensure that the KIDWISE™ products are securely mounted on the wall. HEIGHTWISE™ : The Sharpie marker must be capped and should always hang in the top strap when not in use so that it is not a hazard to small children.
